Cantonments Act, I924 125.Discharging fire-works:- Whoever in a cantonment discharges any fire-arm or lets off fire-works or fire-balloons, or engages in any game in such manner as to cause or to be likely to cause danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighborhood or risk of injury to property shall be liable to fine which may extend to fifty rupees.    |
