Cantonments Act, I924 101.Composition:- (1) A {Subs.by Act 24 of 1936, s.69, for " Cantonment Authority ".} [Board] may, with the previous sanction of {Subs.by Act 35 of 1926, s.2, for " Officer Commanding the District ".} [Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command,] allow any person to compound for any tax. (2) Every sum due by reason of the composition of a tax under sub section (1) shall be recoverable as if it were a tax.    |
