33. Penalty for improper use of Standard Mark, etc.- (1) Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 11, or section 12 or section 14 or section 15 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees, or with both. (2) Any court trying a contravention under sub-section (1) may direct that any property in respect of which the contravention has taken place shall be forfeited to the Bureau.    |
