Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 56.Delegation of powers.- A Board may, by general or special order, delegate to the Chairperson or any other member or to the Secretary or any other officer or employee of the Board, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and duties under this Act as it may deem necessary.    |
