Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 23.Grants and loans by the Central Government.- The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, make to a Board grants and loans of such sums of money as the Government may consider necessary.    |
