Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 11.Beneficiaries of the Fund.- Subject to the provisions of this Act, every building workers registered as a beneficiary under this Act shall be entitled to the benefits provided by the Board from its Fund under this Act.    |
