Bonded Labor System (Abolition) Act, 1976 17. PUNISHMENT FOR ADVANCEMENT OF BONDED DEBT. – Whoever advances, after the commencement of this Act, any bonded debt shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and also with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.    |
