Bonded Labor System (Abolition) Act, 1976 16. PUNISHMENT FOR ENFORCEMENT OF BONDED LABOUR. – Whoever, after the commencement of this Act, compels any person to render any bonded labor shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and also with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.    |
