Power of Central Government to delegate.- The Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, direct that the powers (except the power to make rules under this Act) exercisable by it under this Act may also be exercisable by the Director General of Civil Aviation or the Director General of Bureau of Civil Aviation Security or the Director General of Aircraft Accidents Investigation Bureau or any other officer or authority specifically empowered in this behalf by the Central Government.    |
