Power of Governing Board to delegate.- The Governing Board may, by general or special order in writing, published in the Official Gazette, delegate to the Executive Council, the Chairperson of the Executive Council or the Chief Executive Officer, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions including, but not limited to administrative and financial matters, as it may deem necessary.    |
