9. Renewal of licence.- (1) A licence granted under section 8 may, on an application made by the licensee, be renewed by the licensing officer for such period and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed. (2) No application made under this section shall be rejected unless the applicant has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in the matter.    |
