15. Right of access to certain protectedmonuments. (1)Subject to such rules as may after previous publication be made by2[the Central Government], the public shall have a nut right of access to any monument maintained by2[the Central Government] under this Act. (2) In making any rule undersub-section(1)1[the Central Government] may provide that a breach of it shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.    |
