Chief Commissioner's power to confer powers.- The Chief Commissioner may, by notification in the Official Gazette, confer on an assistant commissioner or a sub-divisional officer all or any of the powers of a collector under this Act to be exercised in respect of such cases or class of cases or such other matters as may be specified in such notification.    |
