The Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 2001 7. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Trustee Committee.- No act or proceeding of the Trustee Committee shall be invalid merely by reason of- a. any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Trustee Committee; or b. any defect or irregularity in the nomination of a person acting as the Chairperson or a Member of the Trustee Committee; or c. any irregularity in the procedure of the Trustee Committee not affecting the merits of the case.    |
