2.Interpretation clause.

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,--

1. "Government" or "the Government" means, in relation to a State, the State Government and, in relation to a Union territory, the Central Government. 7* * * * *
2. "prescribed" means prescribed by rules under this Act.]
