Nomination of distinguished scientists or outstanding scientists of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research or Directors of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research laboratories.- The nomination of distinguished scientists or outstanding scientists of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research or Directors of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research laboratories, referred to in clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 11 shall be made by the Governing Body of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.    |
