Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B., 1 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at Uttaranchal University for the academic year 2025-26.

Eligibility:
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- The applicant should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination. Should have secured minimum 45% marks in case of general category, 42% marks in case of OBC category; 40% marks in case of SC/ST category.
- Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.
LL.B. - 3 year Programme:
- The applicant should have passed graduation or its equivalent examination. Should have secured minimum 45% marks in case of general category, 42% marks in case of OBC category & 40% marks in case of SC/ST category.
- Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- Three years or Five years Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks in case of candidates from general category; 45% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST category.
- Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.
Admission Procedure:
- Admission is based on merit computed on the basis of marks secured in qualifying examination.
- University also conducts interviews of all applicants before admitting the eligible candidates.
- Out of the total intake, 25% seats are allotted to students of Uttarakhand under the State Quota and the rest are open to students from All India. In case the allotted percentage of seats of State Quota remains vacant, it will be filled by All India students.
Ph.D. Law -3 Programme:
An applicant possessing any one of the following qualifications shall be eligible to apply for admission to a Ph.D. program of the University.
- A 2-year/4-semester master's degree or equivalent in the concerned or allied subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Or
- A 1-year/2-semester master's degree or equivalent in the concerned or allied subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree Program. Or
- 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree or equivalent in the concerned or allied subject with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale.
