Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 10. Punishment for aggravated sexual assault.- Whoever, commits aggravated sexual assault shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than five years but which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.    |
